Since 2013 Homewood Surgical has partnered and sponsored multiple sports teams and events spreading the word about healthy lifestyle and surgical choices.

• 2023, 2024, 2025 Corporate partner of Irvine Nature Center’s signature annual fundraiser Pumpkins on the Green benefiting the organization’s non-profit mission to connect children and families with nature. For 50 years, Irvine has been a leader of environmental education for children and adults through nature-based learning. As the largest independent nature center in the region, Irvine delivers hundreds of programs annually and is the home to over 50 animal ambassadors and the steward of over 211 acres.

• 2021 Sponsor of the Beulter's Band Bash ALS Benefit Concert on September 12th. This musical benefit is the brainchild of Chris Beutler, who was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS, in fall of 2019. Proceeds from this year’s event will go to the Maryland-based ALS support organization, Brigance Brigade Foundation (BBF) who provide direct financial support to those living with ALS.
