Founder and President
Pat has a successful career spanning the last fourteen years in the medical device industry. Pat has proven success working within the confines of very large organizations as well as those that are more nimble and in their early stages. He has done so in a range of domestic markets from the Mid-Atlantic to Northern California.
Pat is a proven business owner, consultant, manager and sales representative. He has had success building and motivating teams, selling complex products, generating profitable revenue, and identifying and communicating key issues surrounding medical sales success and failure. Possessing a Johns Hopkins education with a focus in health care extending into graduate school, provides Pat with technical and policy background. His contagious passion and an unyielding determination to be successful and mentor motivates those around him to excel.
Jon’s career in medicine began as a decorated field medic in the United States Navy. He deployed globally with Marine Corps 26th MEU to the Mediterranean, and with other Marines Corps Units to Central America and Caribbean over his 5 years of active service. He received two Navy and Marine Corps achievement medals relating to his deployments amongst many other accommodations.
Jon received his nursing degree in Baltimore in 2005 spent eight years prior to joining Homewood as an RN with a strict focus on Orthopedics. Jon has scrubbed, circulated and managed thousands of cases in multiple orthopedic disciplines with many surgeons over this time. His vast knowledge of orthopedic systems and procedures make him an ideal fit as Homewood’s Clinical Director. Jon is directly involved with new product rollout and both surgeon and representative training.
James joined Homewood Surgical in early 2013 already having amassed a wealth of knowledge in his short career in medical sales. A true self starter James built a substantial book of business in southern Maryland and DC in medical supply sales for two years prior to joining the Homewood team.
After a few years managing Homewood's flagship accounts while growing the business in the field with our extremity, sports medicine and biologics product lines James has moved into the role of sales director. He is responsible for new product roll out, identifying key sales partnerships and forecasting and delivering sales.
